Hi, I'm Kuang! 你好，我是小光

I was born and raised in Taiwan, and came to the United States in 2006. Life brought me to the Charlotte area, and Indian Land has been home for about 20 years now — long enough to watch neighborhoods grow, schools fill in, and front porches turn into friendships.

Before real estate was my profession, it was my own life: I bought and sold five houses here myself. I know exactly how it feels to sit on your side of the table — the excitement, the nerves, the questions at 11 p.m. That experience is why I founded Matter Realty, and why I run it the way I do.

Today I'm the Broker-in-Charge of Matter Realty for both North Carolina and South Carolina. When you work with Matter Realty, you work with me — not a call center, not a handoff. I'll tell you the truth about a home or a price even when it's not the easy answer, and I'll never push you toward a decision that isn't right for you.

And closing day isn't goodbye. My clients call me years later — for a contractor recommendation, a market question, or just to say hello. That ongoing care is the whole point: your home matters, so I make it matter.
